Horrible customer service! I signed up and paid for 5 sessions about 5 weeks ago. I've visited the studio once and called twice to follow up on my sessions. Every time the same answer: the guy in charge of the first session isn't here and he'll get in touch with you ASAP. After 5 weeks, still no call or contact from him or the studio. But to be fair, the young man a the studio was very friendly and apologetic every time. However, that doesn't justify the crazy delay!

Richtig armseliger Laden, die es nötig haben Menschen aus Verzweiflung Verträge aufzuschwätzen. Außerdem bekommt man für sein Geld nicht das was einem versprochen wird. Schließt hier definitiv keinen Vertrag ab. Da gibt es wesentlich professionellere Studios. Aufgrund meines Risikos zu erkranken oder zu sterben, darf ich nicht mehr trainieren muss aber 1 jahr bezahlen. Danke Neogym!
