Good restaurant with an amazing view on the city.

I visited this restaurant during a business trip.
The menu was fixed so I can not evaluate the variability.
The choice of having a fish entrè and then a meat main course was quite courios.
Anyway both dishes proved to be quite good.
The dessert was good and very abundant.
The view is incredible: either from the terrace of from the inside, you will be able to dominate the whole city of Koln.
Curiosity: the super fast elevator, with 30 floors covered in just 5-6 seconds, just wow.

Food was very good and this is a nice restaurant; good place to bring a date if you want to impress her.

The concept of this restaurant doesn't seem to work out. The views are great, food is decent but definitely not worth price tag, just one example: the Tomatoes in the starter salad seemed to have been frozen and were soggy, not something I would ever pay 16 Euros for again. Friendly staff, very weird interior, doesn't seem like a high end restaurant at all. As I understand they convert it to a bar at night. Then it might be worth it to pay for a cocktail and use that as a ticket to enjoy the view...

I've had dinner at Osman 30 on numerous occasions - Nearly every time I'm in Cologne for more than a day. It's always been quite good and the view of course is second to none in the area.

I was prompted to write this review as I ate there again yesterday (27/08) and I was particularly thrilled. Amazingly attentive and polite staff (maybe due to the COVID need for punters) and the food was not just better than usually but absolutely premium, first grade!!!! Thanks so much!

My one advice is to replace the tile flooring, it looks like a bathroom :D
