Way too expensive for what it was and we booked one month in advance. Could be because of Gamescom though. Not too far away from public transportation.

No elevator and shared balcony with another room, which was a bit surprising. The light was not working properly when we arrived but it got fixed the next morning.

The staff is fantastic and very helpful! I arrived early and I was tired and the woman in the reception with a very beautiful smile did the check in for me and let me go into my room. The location is good because is just 13 minutes walking from the Central Station and all the museums and principal attractions are around. The breakfast was good and varied. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Cozy and friendly hotel in the center and good price. Don't expect a fancy luxurious place but to spend your nights, have a decent bath and accessible to anywhere in the city, this hotel delivers. The only problem is the WiFi which is not working properly from time to time. However, the staff is super friendly too help out.

Centrally located. Nothing elegant or sophisticated but rooms are of good size, clean and renovated furniture. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is more than adequate, fresh with the tipica German food you would expect. Wifi works very well. The only negative point, there is no elevator.

Generally fine. The front desk reception was warm. However, some of the staff could be better. Items on the breakfast buffet should be refilled if guests request for and it's not past closing time for service

Really good value for money.
Breakfast was a variety of cereals, juices and breads with cheese and hams and even provided Scrambled and boiled eggs.
Room and bathroom was really clean especially things like shower certain and sheets.
There was some white grime in the corner of the bathroom floor but nothing aweful and a slight stain on 1 of the towels but we just swapped it. Some noise from outside and coridoors but nothing out of the ordinary and a crack in the TV screen but we didn't even notice after a while.
Super location really close to Jamesons pub and other resturants and not too far from town. Would stay here again. Staff were friendly and the reception had maps.
