Dear Mr. Swift,

A quick note to share with you positive comments about your Cologne, Germany Hard Rock location.

My father and I travelled from the USA and visited your Hard Rock location on 5/17/2022.

This is our third trip to the Cologne Hard Rock in 16 years or so. As always, the Hard Rock employees were very friendly and accommodating, but we found Uriel Santiago and his entire staff that served us that day extremely friendly, sincere, and caring, above and beyond the customer service that we have encountered at nearly all other establishments within and outside Europe, including countless other Hard Rock Cafes.

Uriel and his Outstanding team reflect extremely well upon the values that Hard Rock stands for, and help ensure that customers like myself and my son, will continue to be loyal Hard Rock fans well into the future.

Great ambience, takes you on to the world of rock music. Good beer and moderate cocktails. Try their Mac and Cheese, very subtle yet delicious. They also boast excellent collection of signed guitars, clothes etc., from legends of the rock music.
Good staff as well

I have been many hard rock cafes around the world. My expectation was higher maybe that’s why I didn’t like food here. Service was good. Cocktail was decent. But burger was quite dry also chicken wings was good portion but not the best one.

Really great place. The atmosphere is fantastic and the staff, service and food are fantastic also. Some really great things on display aswell! Would highly recommend

Loved it there. A real Hard Rock atmosphere. One feels like he’s really not in Germany. The ribs were huge and very tasty, the staff super attentive. Keep up the good work!

I am a fan of the Hard Rock and I possess more then 30 T-shirts, and I decided to come here because I missed Cologne T-shirt. My wife and I decided to eat here for lunch, we took a BBQ burger and the half chicken, the food was very good. Good portion, quiet big, and the chicken was cook very well. For drinks we took one Fanta and one Guinness, about the Guinness I expected more cold but was ok. In the end we went to the shop to buy 4 T-shirts. It was very small but with very nice staff. I definitely recommend it even if is smaller than the other Hard Rock Cafe.

The food here is DELICIOUS. I have eaten plenty of burgers and I can say that they served me the best one yet.

The people who work there are extremely nice and take your allergies very serious. They take their time with every guest and do their best to make you feel at home and feel comfortable.
