Dann bekam ich diese Online Käse-Wein Verkostung geschenkt. Ich hatte mich schon darauf eingestellt, dass ich nach dem Frischkäse auf den Wein übergehe, habe aber mutig alle Sorten Käse durchprobiert. Ich kann gar nicht sagen, wie geflasht ich war.

Ich habe gelernt, dass Käse nicht gleich Käse ist. Dass Qualitätsunterschiede eine riesige Rolle spielen. Dass auch gereifter Käse nicht einfach nur "scharf" schmeckt, sondern enorme Aromen entfalten kann. Mein Problem jetzt ist, dass ich keinen Käse aus dem Supermarkt mehr essen mag, weil die Qualität, die Gourmets for nature liefert, dort einfach überhaupt nicht zu bekommen ist! Aber zum Glück kenne ich ihren Käsedealer und kann die gekühlte Frischebox auch zu mir nach Hause bestellen. ????

Ich bin so froh, dass meine Geschmackswelt bereichert wurde. Ohne Ann Fründ und Bettina Duwe würde ich sicherlich weiterhin jeden Käse weg schieben. Ganz tolle Qualität, zwei ganz tolle Menschen mit viel Know-How und ein tolles Online Event. Absolut empfehlenswert und den Preis sollte man wirklich investieren, anstatt auf Billiganbieter zu setzen. Absolute Empfehlung!
