Das Sur ist ein relaxter und gastfreundlicher Ort, an dem die Zeit etwas langsamer läuft. Es sind immer einige Stammgäste da - meist ältere Herren - die sich gutgelaunt und in aller Ruhe über Gott und die Welt unterhalten.
Mir hat es hier insbesondere die Küche angetan. Es gibt eine kleine Auswahl typischer Gerichte und Snacks wie z.B. Tortilla (Omelette) mit Salat, die sorgfältig und mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet werden. Der Kuchen ist mit der beste, den ich bislang in der Südstadt gegessen habe. Oma wäre begeistert. Auch der Cortado, also Espresso mit Milch, ist aromatisch und lecker. Das Zeitungsangebot lädt zum längeren Verweilen ein und macht das südliche Lebensgefühl perfekt.
