Die Organisation und das Zeitmanagement sind eine Katastrophe. Trotz Termin haben wir weit über 2h gewartet.
Beim jüngsten Termin haben wir eine halbe Woche vorher einen Brief bekommen, dass dieser spontan in eine Außenstelle verlegt wurde und wir uns telefonisch melden sollten. Leider keine Info wo genau diese Außenstelle war und ob der Termin zur selben Zeit stattfindet. Das wollte man uns aus Datenschutzgründen telefonisch auch nicht mitteilen.
Später war "der gewünschte Gesprächspartner (die Praxis) auch nicht mehr erreichbar". Insgesamt ist jetzt der Punkt erreicht, wo wir nicht mehr in diese Praxis gehen werden und uns lieber an anderer Stelle beraten lassen werden.
Lieber ein bisschen auf den Termin warten, dafür aber eine reibungslose Organisation.
