I had my daughter in this hospital and stayed a few days, and despite the many competent midwife/ doctors, the general administration is a disaster: poor breakfast / dinner. It was even difficult to obtain water. Misinformation among Staff (one situation, although we have booked a family room, another Staff came early in the morning and impolitely complained to us without checking the information internally). Patient history all wrote on a paper, so one got to manage the next tests / results themselves better than then. the room is too small to hold 2 pregnancies. Very common to to wait for amendment due to internal shifts. Installations (light control / privacy) make no sense. Some staff assigned as nurse really do not fit the skills (When the mother lost a lot of liquid in one situation, the staff did not know what to do and she was more concerned about cleaning the place). Anyway, they seem to run the hospital at random.

DO NOT GO HERE! I'm currently in stationary care. Second day without any kind of actual food. Personnel is absolutely incompetent and there is literally no organisation or structure. I asked to get my IV relocated since the first one was poorly put onto my right wrist vein. After a day it hurted so bad I had to remove it myself. But no relocation, instead I get pills, which I can't swallow, so I told the personnel several times but I was refused any help.
And even with the capability of speaking 3 very common languages, 2/3 of the personnel does not speak German, English or Spanish. No privacy on the rooms, even with a single room. Personnel would just walk in. Knocking? Nah. I'm lucky to be halfway medically educated because else I would've overdosed on medication twice since I'm here. They give you your pills and with luck there was enough time in between dosages. Bright side I have blinds so I don't have to look outside.
Edit: Also if you come here unplanned like me, don't think you'll get any kind of personal hygiene products or towels to clean yourself. Especially as a woman this can be massively unpleasant especially when they refuse to help you out with tampax.

I really don’t know how this hospital exists in a country like Germany. This hospital by far, is the worst hospital i’ve ever stepped a foot to. (Bare in mind that i come from a 3rd world country) so i have seen plenty of low standard hospitals outside Europe.

Unclean, lack of staff and unprofessional sisters and secretaries. (Maybe not all of them, but at least the ones i dealt with).

I would give a star only because of the night shift doctor that took care of me. She was really on point. It was the only flower a desert.

ALLE waren unfassbar nett und einfühlsam angesichts meiner (besonders in meinem Alter) sehr unangenehmen Situation, nachdem ich im Ausland leider falsch behandelt worden war. Es herrschte eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre und ich habe mich gut beraten, sicher und aufgehoben gefühlt. Irgendwie schön, dass ich in dem Krankenhaus, indem ich geboren wurde, immer wieder Hilfe suchen würde :)

Sehr schlecht, Bei der Empfang um 18:05 am 18.08.2022 stand leider das falsche Personal es wurde uns gesagt dass das Besuch Zeit ist Ende. dann weisen wir das bis 19:00 Uhr ist
Und nicht bis 18 Uhr.
Ich hatte ein Kind mit 6 Jahren dabei der nicht zu Hause alleine bleiben darf, aber dann nicht im Krankenhaus rein darf um die Mutter zu besuchen.
Am Ende würde ich sagen das ist respektlos
Darüber wird überall informiert wie sie mit uns besprechen hat
