Fantastic gym with a wide variety of offerings (MMA, Luta Livre, BJJ, Kettlebells, Yoga etc.). Highly skilled coaches who care about it each individual member and create a team atmosphere. While the instructors are great, the group itself is also open, welcoming and technically skilled. This makes it a great place to train for women as well. Rainer (the head instructor) is highly experienced and lives and breathes the sport itself but also understands how to keep the body healthy and save. Highly recommended!

An amazing place to learn BJJ, Luta Livre and MMA. The trainers are considerate and knowledgeable, both in martial arts and in sports theory. The community is super warm and welcoming, and international friendly.
