The hotel was fine. For guests who only need a bed to sleep in, it is perfectly sufficient. Wlan unfortunately didn't work and the TV seems to be more of a decoration. The bathroom is tiny and you can see that money has been saved everywhere. I wouldn't recommend it for the price.
The staff was very friendly!

Last week I was staying in Hotel citymax am Dom it was really amazing, The hotel staffs are amiable, professional and they welcomed the clients with the wariness of their heart. They always smiled when they treat the guests. Besides, the food of the hotel's restaurant was delicious.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Bett war sehr bequem, wir könnten gut schlafen. Auch die Lage, könnte kaum besser sein!
Große Auswahl beim Frühstück und sehr lecker! Außerdem wurden wir nach Extrawünschen gefragt (Omelette etc), was wir gar nicht in Anspruch nehmen mussten, da ohnehin mehr als genug vorhanden war! Klasse!

Nettes Hotel nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof und mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. In die Innenstadt (zu Fuß) sind es ca. 10 Minuten.
Zimmer sind klein aber fein. Das Personal ist total witzig und zuvorkommend.
Das Frühstück ist sehr hübsch angerichtet und es reicht völlig aus um in den Tag zu starten. Müsli, Joghurt, Obstsalat, Brötchen und Belag, Kaffee, Tee und Saft. Wer da was zu meckern findet der sollte besser im Hilton einchecken.
Ich war rundum zufrieden :)

Dieses Hotel nie wieder!!! Ekelhaft dreckig, total abgeranzt, Frühstück sehr übersichtlich, mit Brötchen die wie muffiger Karton gerochen haben. In der "Bar" sitzt man eine halbe Stunde ohne bedient zu werden. Die Zimmerreinigung ist sehr mangelhaft. Unterm Bett Staub von mehreren Monaten, vom Bad Bad ganz Mal abgesehen. Das Versprechen eines Getränkegutscheines von 30€ als Entschädigung unseres verschmutzten Zimmers wurde bis zum Abreisetag vom Inhaber nicht gehalten. Fazit:Nie wieder!
