I was here with my beloved one on June 6 and June 7 - after a very disappointing experience wit the Service at the Daitokai Restaurant. The service and the food at the Luciano was on the 7th as good as on the 6th. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of my starter - scampies with hazelnuts - as it was smelling and tasting so great that I couldn't wait to eat. It really help to forget my anger about our treatment by the service team of Daitokai and it becomes a great evening thanks to the team and the food of Luciano.

I would give six stars if I could. The place is awesome in the sense of "awesome". The food is just excellent, esp the meats (veggies could have been a bit more al dente, but we were a large crowd and the food had to wait a bit in the kitchen). Wonderful atmosphere, super cheeky-cool and extremely Italian service.

If there is a slight hint of critique it is on the desserts. They are " only" good, not excellent.

Decent food if you want to get away from pork knuckle and potatoes.. good fish and nice pasta.. worth a try, and for a refreshing change, the waiters are actually not rude unlike the unreasonable behaviour of the guys in the breweries

Incredibly rude staff, we went to get some food asked questions regarding the menu each questions we asked the waiter was getting ruder and ruder. We asked for a price of a specific meal because it was badly written on the board and the waiter replied “ this is a restaurant not a pizzeria “ we got up and left. He made us feel like he was doing us a favour by eating there I never experienced this rudeness in an Italian restaurant before

The place looks nice but the people running it are terrible. Went to have dinner with the family, my parents included. The waiters started to scream from the balcony that the things we wanted to order on the menu were not available. They were incredible rude, all family got stressed. We left without eating. What a disgrace.
