It was the worst experience that I had so far in a hotel. Actually you can not call it hotel, it was a attic you can't walk easily in the room and even for sleeping can't turn.
There was not any fridge nor air conditioner, we had to keep windows open for the whole night but still the room temperature was hot. There is not any elevator and you have to use crazy stairs.
One more negative point, there is no staff in this building to ask for any service, and for check in/out you need to go to another hotel in that street about.

Stayed in Ayun hotel. Was good. 12€ breakfast but it was very good.

Very nice hotel, new equipment, good price. Check-in was very easy, breakfasts in form of buffet with tasty food, room was clean. Neighbourhood is quiet but just 5 minutes with tram from the centre. Parking gratis in front of the hotel. Would return.

Rooms are tiny and nothing like the pictures. No staff. Have to haul your luggage up the street and back to get key. Breakfast is other end of the street. Wifi is barely usable. Floor in room is sticky. Walls are disgusting. One of the worst I've ever stayed in.

Rooms aren't like the pictures at all. Walls had a lot of stains and matrasses were very hard. The walls and doors were also very thin, so you can hear everything what's happening outside. Also a lot of difference between rooms, while paying the same price for all of them. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. If you want a cheap hotel it's fine, but wouldn't recommend it.

Don't be fooled by the pictures you see on the booking sites!! They actually have two places but you book it all under the same name. The pictures you will see are from the main building, which is where you get your breakfast. Three other place is a totally different story. My room was barely big enough to turn around on myself.... Very depressing place. I must say though that it looks clean

Really tiny room and quiet area. Tram station is not far away.
You have to go to the Main hotel which is 300m away for breakfast. No telephone to get in touch with Reception. Also need a bit more tidy up
Overall for night sleep it's ok
