Brilliant hotel!! Staff were just lovely and spoke brilliant English. The room was immaculate. The only downfall is the location as it’s quite far out of town but it’s easy enough to get an Uber or a bus. We really loved our stay thank you to all staff at the New Yorker hotel!!

Nice hotel with good service. Was in the loft area, where the room was enormous! The type of room was a bit lacking in function though - there is a window with a sheer curtain looking into the bedroom from the toilet (no privacy!) and no full-length mirror in main room or really any other dressing area outside the bathroom (which was not very well-lit). Nice small kitchenette in the room.

Always my home away from home when going to cologne.
A modern individual tastefully designed hotel. Very relax and all you need.
Additional of traveling by car easy parking free of charge in front of the hotel.
Great breakfast.

Excellent hotel, slightly out of the city center, but with good public transport connections. The rooms were excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful. The only minor quibble I have is that the bathroom doors only have glass doors and don't lock.

The hotel is clean and warm and well finished, the breakfast is very rich and of a very high quality. Rooms could have been just a little more bigger to make them more comfortable. Simple to find, expecially coming from the fair centre.

Overall really nice hotel, very clean and comfortable. Had a good room that easily fit two people. A good 40 minute walk from the center of the city though.
