Overall, I find the atmosphere and furnishings ok, simple and modern, but I find a few little things annoying. On the one hand, this huge glass front, despite the advertising banners hanging on it, makes you feel like you are on the presentation plate. The chair I was sitting on is not adjustable in height. I've gotten quite tall and that's just uncomfortable for me when I spend 2 hours in the salon.

Before, I was always satisfied with my hairstylist, but after my visit to essanelle I was a little disappointed in retrospect.
First of all, I felt like I was dispatched there pretty quickly. Since I was with a lady whose work I am well acquainted with and she actually has it really damn good. The complete cut (short hairstyle with a slight undercut) was cut in about 20 minutes. I knew it differently before, and the cut on the back of the head didn't turn out quite as I described it to her.
In addition, it was always cut so well beforehand that it still looked good even after 2 months and I could still style my hair properly, as I only go to the hairdresser every 2 ~ 3 months on average.

In advance, the base of the top hair was also re-bleached. I'm always used to a top result from Jana eigtl: a very light, even blonde. I always matte my blonde at home with silver shampoo and shades with pastel colors (in the blue-purple-gray range), for this you need a good, very light blonde as a base.
After visiting Essanelle: an ugly piss yellow. Fresh bleaching always has a slight yellow tinge, but I can usually get it out quickly with my good silver shampoo. Wasn't the case this time. In retrospect, it annoyed me, because it took me forever to reduce the yellow tint halfway.

The whole program (i.e., hairline bleaching, washing, cutting, blow-drying plus a bit of final styling with a little wax) cost me a little more than € 80 in the end. O___o

In the previous salon, the same program cost around € 60 and the quality was better there. Because of this price-performance ratio, my conclusion is unfortunately that I will look for another hairdresser, because that is not worth it to me, especially if the quality does not quite match the price. Ich war im März '18 zum ersten Mal im Salon. Hauptgrund war, dass meine Stammfriseurin (von der ich mir schon seit Jahren die Haare machen lasse) von ihrem vorherigen Salon zu essanelle gewechselt hat.

Allgemein ist erstmal zu sagen, dass ich das Personal dort stets freundlich erlebt habe. Man bekommt zeitnah einen Termin und kommt dann auch pünktlich dran.
Zur Kundenberatung kann ich nichts sagen, da ich im Prinzip immer dasselbe machen lasse und meine Friseurin mich ja schon kennt.

Preislich liegt der Salon schätzungsweise noch im mittleren Segment. Ein Haarschnitt für Damen (waschen, schneiden, föhnen) kostet rund 45€.

Die Atmosphäre und Einrichtung finde ich im großen und ganzen ok, schlicht und modern, aber ein paar Kleinigkeiten finde ich störend. Zum einen, diese riesen Glasfront, trotz der Werbebanner die daran hängen, fühlt man sich wie auf dem Präsentierteller. Der Stuhl auf dem ich saß, ist nicht höhenverstellbar. Ich bin recht groß geraten und sowas ist für mich einfach unbequem, wenn ich 2 Std im Salon verbringe.

Nun zu meinem persönlichen Fall:

Vorher war ich immer zufrieden bei meiner Frisurin, nach meinem Besuch bei essanelle war ich aber doch ein wenig enttäuscht im Nachhinein.
Erstens, hatte ich das Gefühl, ich wurde dort ziemlich schnell abgefertigt. Da ich ja bei einer Dame war, deren Arbeit mir wohl vertraut ist und eigtl hat sie's echt verdammt gut drauf. Der komplette Schnitt (kurzhaarfrisur mit leichtem undercut) wurde in ca. 20 min dahin geschnibbelt. Kannte ich vorher anders, auch ist der Schnitt am Hinterkopf nicht ganz so geworden wie ich es ihr beschrieben habe.
Zudem wurde vorher, immer so gut geschnitten, dass es selbst nach 2 Monaten noch gut aussah und ich meine Haare noch vernünftig stylen konnte, da ich im Schnitt nur alle 2~3 Monate zum Friseur gehe.

Im Vorfeld wurde außerdem der Ansatz vom Deckhaar nachblondiert. Ich bin von Jana eigtl immer ein top Ergebnis gewöhnt: ein sehr helles, gleichmäßiges Blond. Ich mattiere mein Blond dann immer daheim mit Silbershampoo und Töne mit Pastellfarben (im blau-lila-grau Bereich), dafür braucht man ein gutes sehr helles Blond als Basis.
Nach dem Besuch bei Essanelle: ein unschönes Pissgelb. Frische Blondierung hat immer einen leichten gelbstich, den bekomme ich aber im Normalfall mit meinem guten Silbershampoo schnell raus. War diesmal nicht der Fall. Hat mich im Nachhinein schon geärgert, denn ich habe ewig gebraucht um den gelbstich halbwegs zu reduzieren.

Das ganze Programm (also, Ansatzblondierung, waschen, schneiden, föhnen plus bisschen endstyling mit etwas Wachs) hat mich am Ende summa summarum etwas über 80€ gekostet. O___o

Im vorigen Salon, hat das selbe Programm um die 60€ gekostet und dort war die Qualität besser. Aufgrund dieses Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses, ist mein Fazit leider, dass ich mich nach einem anderen Friseur umsehen werde, denn das ist es mir nicht wert, vor allem wenn die Qualität nicht ganz dem Preis entspricht. Sehr schade.
