I have ordered many times and I am very satisfied. Super quick delivery, great products (we take recycled brown take-away packaging) and enviromentally packed (pretty much no plastic). Definite recommendation!

my experience with this company is really bad. We place an express order to attend a very important Messe. i called a lot of times to have the order delivered in time, but it just didn't happen. the Order didn't arrive in time, so we asked for a refund. they gave us back the money.... but the one for the express lieferung.... i don't know what logic is that. The product are good but the costumer service is indeed very bad.

Die Qualität hat stark nachgelassen. Habe früher regelmäßig Becher bestellt. Für ein Café, was auf Qualität achtet, besser die Becher woanders bestellen. Sie sind sehr weich und gefüllt kaum festzuhalten.
Habe nach 1 Jahr Pause wieder dort bestellt um mal zu schauen ob sich was geändert hat. Leider nicht.
Dazu kam defekte Ware an. Hatte angerufen, aber der Reklamationsweg war mir zu kompliziert. Habe den Verlust auf meine Kappe genommen.
