Honestly, I get why 8/10 of the front desk staff doesn't like the study abroad kids. We ask for a new key every 5 minutes because there is 2 of us to a room and for some reason this is the only hotel in the world where you cannot make 2 keys for the room. So we are constantly in conflict with where our keys are, the front desk staff is my only complaint, I try to speak German to them everytime but they seem annoyed that we are there and it just frustrating because I feel like I'm putting in the effort but they are just rude to anyone who doesn't speak German. I wouldn't choose this hotel if I was spending my own money but since it's a study abroad I don't have a choice. Rooms vary as well, some of us have gotten a mini fridge and safe and some have neither. Safe is essential because there are rumors of housekeeping lifting items out of the room, especially from Americans. Keep your wits about you and you'll be fine. It's cheap which is what counts if you're going for it

Eine kurzfristige Buchung, günstiger Preis, für uns sehr gute Lage für unsere Planung. Das Zimmer überraschend groß, neuwertig eingerichtet, gemütlich, ausgezeichnete Betten, der Empfang freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend. Das zugebuchte Frühstück ist ein Traum und absolutes Muss: die Auswahl reichhaltig, für jeden ist alles da, es wird ständig nachgelegt, stets alles frisch, und das Servicepersonal ist einfach Spitze: Sonderwünsche wie z.B. warme Milch zum Kaffee wurden sofort erfüllt. Und bei aller „Hektik“ stets freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Ein Danke dafür!

Eine solide Unterkunft ohne besondere Höhepunkte. Frühstück durchschnittlich (u.a. waren die Tische / Tischsets teilweise unsauber, das Angebot war quantitativ recht ordentlich jedoch qualitativ eher leicht unterdurchschnittlich).
Die "Bar" eine Zumutung. Ungemütlich, keine Cocktails etc.

Für 3 Sterne und den Preis ist das alles ok, habe ich aber auch schon besser erlebt.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich!

Das Zimmer war an sich gut nur die Lage war sehr unpraktisch.
In der frühe kam am ersten Tag die Müllabfuhr und am zweiten eine Lieferung. Dabei war es sehr laut. Anschließend wurde direkt unter dem Fenster von den Mitarbeitern geraucht und der Qualm zog in unser Zimmer. Dies wurde auf Nachfrage dann abgestellt.
Leider roch es aber weiterhin im Flur sehr unangenehm und man war froh ins Zimmer zu gelangen.
Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und es gab eine vernünftige Auswahl an süßen und herzhaften Speisen.
