We stayed at this hotel for one night and it was sufficient for that purpose. Personally, I wouldn't stay here for much longer. The room was an attic room with low ceilings. The beds were ok, pillows could be better. Overall cleanliness was good.

The room didn't have any coffee/tea or watercooker, which would have been nice.

The hotel is splittet into 3 buildings.
I stayed in one of the cheaper / standard rooms. Wifi was ok but the heater in the bathroom was quiet rustet . But my main complain is that in the building where my room was located the walls were thin like paper. I could understand the discussion of my neighbors. If your room is in a different building it might be different.
But that's the reason why I can't recommend that hotel at least if you are booking one of the standard rooms.

Breakfast was good.

Very prompt check in. The front desk agent did not tell us anything about the hotel or the surroundings. When i came back to ask about getting more shower gel he kind of looked at me funny the packets were very tiny and we were there for 2 days x 4 ppl. Could not use bikes which were advertised. This was due to covid reasons.

The stay at Hotel Heldt was okay, but I won't go there again. The keybox did not work so someone had to come and open it for me, I didn't have to wait long but I had to. Then on the second day the toilet flush did not work so I had to call someone again. The guy said that it happened before - then why not fix it so it doesn't happen again? On the third day the housekeeping took away my towels and forgot to bring back a new small towel. They told me the small ones weren't delivered that day - but I had to ask and then they could have just left my old small towel there. The breakfast is okay if you don't have high expectations but I've seen hotels with a way better one for almost the same price. The tablecloth was not changed after breakfast, the guy (who was wearing working pants just like an electrician or so - not suitable for service staff) just took everything and put the dirt away with his hands. That is unacceptable, especially looking at the fact that Corona is still a topic (and therefore they do not offer the breakfast as a buffet but hand you the things you want). Been to many hotels but that was definitely the worst - sorry to say so.

We had a one night stay. Everything was perfect, clean room, tasty breakfast, nice and polite staff. The lady who was in charge with the coffee and food was very helpful and brought us gluten free buns. The neighbourhood is quiet and provincial. We had a nice meal at the El Mariachi Restaurant around the corner. We will definitely book again.

In order there were indicated, that 4 mans company need two rooms with twin beds. On arrival after long trip we got 2 rooms with double beds. One room was changed, in another we decide to make twin room in another way :) reception was helpless. Very poor wifi except restaurant, breakfast was very "compact" only boiled egs as hot food :(
Dinner and local beer was good, but as for me - i dont want to back here to sleep

We stayed at nr 30. A appartment with kitchen, separate shower and toilet and bedroom. Very clean and for a reasonable price. Breakfast is great and for a low price. It is at walking distance of the city center. Parking outside might be a problem. There ate not a lot spaces. But this probably is the hotel for my next stay at Bremen.
