New hotel with clean rooms and good breakfast. Worth at least 4 stars.

But when checking out they gave me an unpleasant surprise. I used the charging station at the (paid) parking lot. It didn’t specify on the station, at the reception or wherever that there was a fee. A small fee is fine, but they charged me €25 for a charge of 10 kWh!! This is absolutely crazy and totally unacceptable. They did not move a thing so in the end I had to pay the fee, but it really ruined my last vacation day.

So summarised; hotel is fine, DO NOT use the charging station. And @the owners; at least put up a sign of the ridiculous charging fee at the the charging station.

A great hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and had everything we needed. A perfect place to stay for Unisee parkrun which was a 5-minute walk away.

Not so good hotel. No ventilation in bathroom so you have to open window to get moisture out of the room. Also I think the room was moldy because I got symptoms every time I entered it. Breakfast is basic and price per night is quite low.

Positive: The apartment had everything I needed and was very comfortable. I absolutely loved the fresh bread service. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. The cafe-bar in the hotel was great and good value. It was only a short walk to the tram, and you could be in the city centre in 15 minutes. Even better, the tram service went straight to the airport. Located next to the science centre which also had a cafe. I would definitely stay there again if in Bremen..

I was genuinely surprised by it. Having been to many 5 star hotels, I know what a premium place looks like. 7Things - my basic hotel doesn't really differ much from those kind of places. Extremely friendly staff, modern rooms, comfortable beds, a chic lounge, beautiful surroundings and perfect location for visitors of the Universum or the university. The only aspects making it seem reasonable for me that the hotel does not have more than 2 stars (superior) is that there is no warm breakfast, complementary bathrobe or safe and only a limited amount of offered wines and spirits.

However, it has the word 'basic' in it.. Therefore, it fully lives up to what it claims to be with a level of excellence that I would only expect from up-scale places.

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was also very good for the price
