Blocked internet access and no one knows what wrong. ‘Everything looks fine in the system’. Well, guess what - everything is not fine otherwise I would not be calling. Horrible call-center with rude and uncaring employees. I got to give it up for the young dude in the store in Bonn - he’s cool and very friendly but was unable to help. I will go talk to him instead in the morning as the call-center just hangs up on me.

Update: we managed to find a solution last time and now my internet was closed again - even though I pay my bills at the right time ALWAYS. I called Friday last week and was told it would most likely be fixed by Tuesday - now its wednesday and its still unsolved. Without a doubt the worst company I have ever experienced and would not recommend for my worst enemy. I give it one more day and then I will find another internet provider.
