Disappointed with the service. Bought new cushions for my QC35’s and asked them to be fitted.
Caught the staff about to toss my new ear cup linings in the bin. The cushions were changed but he couldn’t be bothered fitting the linings and was then going to toss them. Couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Some one like that should not be in retail, and shouldn’t be let near a luxury brand like Bose.
Shocking service, utterly shocking!!
