Tchibo is one of my favorite retailers in Bonn. I was desperately looking for rain pants for my son, and luckily it was there in Tchibo. I wanted to ask the shop keeper for the size and before I could even say anything with her back to me she goes "I dont speak English and I can't help you" - shocked, I said "I was asking you in German." Very rudely, she tells me what we have is displayed. She was talking in a friendly manner to another couple in German. I will draw the conclusion that I was spoken this way because of my skin color and that I was very disappointed with such a behavior. Maybe it was closing time and she was alone and tired but pls this is not necessary! Tchibo - some awareness raising behaviour with your staff is needed!!!
