L’Osteria is a chain restaurant with a focus on Italian cuisine in Germany which always satisfied me whenever I went. In this restaurant in Bonn, I loved especially the outdoor area. We did not have so much time so we ordered our drinks only. The staff was so friendly and he did his best to bring us our orders as soon as he could. Next time, i will spare more time here.

This L'osteria location could not be better. It has wonderful outdoor seating, is centrally located, it is close to the train station, and the interior is nice as well. We've always had excellent service here and the food is what you expect from this chain. I really haven't found a better chain of pizza restaurants.

We went for dinner on Saturday without reservation but got a great spot on the terrace. The staff were very friendly and the prices are affordable. However, we cannot recommend it due to its food. They have mistaken quantity for quality: the pizzas are huge and pasta plates too, but they are overall plain, repetitive and boresome... They'd better make them smaller but more tastier.

The customer care was especially perfect from one of the employees with the name of "Agota". She was actually the true meaning of positive energy; and it was certainly her great care which made a really pleasant dinner for us. I should add that the "BBQ Chicken" was one of the most delicious pizzas I have ever eaten.

The place was okay, the staff tried to be nice but instead that was overwhelming for us as we were constantly interrupted by them. It is overpriced and the pizza there was salty and not impressive, I had better for less.

Excellent food! service was great! friendly atmosphere. Jenish who was helping us with food and drink was very friendly and cheerful despite fuss of my 5 y.o

The service of Eleni and the staff were incredible. The pizzas were very big and very tasty! We would love to come again :)
