Ich kaufe schon seit langem (und nicht wenig) bei Vero Moda ein.
Mein letzter Einkauf hatte ein Loch an der Naht, was offensichtlich ein Bearbeitungsfehler ist.
Einen Umtausch wollte die Bedienung (nach eigener Auskunft die Leiterin der Filiale) unter keinen Umständen zustimmen, da ich den nötigen Kassenbon nicht mehr finden konnte. (Ich hatte dafür mehrere Vero Moda Kassenbons im Portomonnai, woran man hätte erkennen können, dass ich hier oft Kunde bin.)
Das T-Shirt wurde erst dreimal getragen und ist immer noch in der aktuellen Kollektion.
Die Dame war überhaupt nicht zu einem Kompromiss bereit und von Beginn sehr harsch, wenn nicht unfreundlich.
Als Kunde möchte ich so nicht behandelt werden.
