While doing general maintenance and trying to find a creaking sound, I foolishly sliced my Di2 battery wire running to the seat post.... I shot over to the shop and asked when they could squeeze me in for and appointment, nothing understandably available for 2 weeks.... But, being the incredible people they are, the suggested to do a quick soldering so I could ride in the interim. Riding rule #1 always find an amazing shop near your home! :)

One 'technician' broke my EUR 60 Maxle by overtightening it like an amateur and said 'bad luck - components can break at any time' while the owner looked on. No replacement or discount offered. Would give zero stars but the guy at the counter was a really nice easygoing guy.

Ich kann nur positives über dieses Fahrradgeschäft berichten. Ich hatte zu Beginn des Jahres die Idee ein Custom Bike bei Stevens zu bestellen und bin daher zu Hübel gefahren um mich beraten zu lassen.

Hier wurde mir schnell mitgeteilt das eine direkte Bestellung bei Stevens aufgrund der aktuellen Lage schwierig sei. Allerdings könnte ich das Rahmenkit bei Stevens beziehen und das Rad dann individuell aufbauen lassen. Daraufhin haben sich die Mitarbeiter sehr viel Zeit genommen um mit mir gemeinsam die richtigen Komponenten für das Fahrrad zusammenzustellen.

Die Lieferung des Rahmens erfolgte dann innerhalb von zwei Monaten. Nachdem dieser geliefert war konnte ich mein Rad zwei Tage später abholen. Alles in allem eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Ich persönlich kann Sport Fahrrad Hübel ohne schlechtes Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Ich fühle mich als langjähriger Kunde gut und zuvorkommend behandelt. Das ist der Grund warum ich mir mein neues Rennrad auch wieder hier gekauft habe. Mit "meinem" Verkäufer Otakar kann man sehr gut über Rennräder und Gravelbikes philosophieren und seine Begeisterung für das Thema steckt einfach an. Für mich das Hauptargument Sport Fahrrad Hübel treu zu bleiben. Generell habe ich den Eindruck, dass das Team mit Spaß dabei ist und auch mit der Werkstattleistung war ich bisher zufrieden.
Nach einem Unfall musste ich leider auch schon den tollen Service beim Crash Replacement meines Bontrager Helmes ausprobieren: der Helm wurde kostenlos und ohne Probleme getauscht - sehr gut.
