We were assured that we could still use the area on the day of departure, which is why we took our time with breakfast. Around 11:00 a.m. we stood at the reception with our suitcases and bathrobes under our arms to check out. There, another employee told us that we could only use the spa area until 12:00 p.m., or that we could still enjoy it for €25 per person. The friendly gentleman at the reception said we still had 50 minutes. Without words…….
However, at some point in the evening an employee noticed that we had to wait a very long time for our drink and apologized for this and asked for our understanding, since cocktails could not be prepared as quickly as a beer.
Shame for this hotel! Unfortunately, the reviews on the net have been confirmed.

Zum Einen haben wir abends an der Bar über eine halbe Stunde auf unsere Getränke warten müssen, obwohl der Gästeandrang sehr überschaulich war, zum Anderen haben wir bzgl der Spa-Nutzung als Hotelgäste falsche Aussagen bekommen. Man hatte uns versichert, dass wir den Bereich am Tag der Abreise noch nutzen dürfen, weswegen wir uns mit dem Frühstück Zeit gelassen haben. Gegen 11:00 Uhr standen wir unseren Koffern, dem Bademantel unterm Arm an der Rezeption, um schon mal auszuchecken. Dort hat uns dann ein anderer Mitarbeiter mitgeteilt, dass wir den Spa-Bereich doch nur bis 12:00 Uhr nutzen dürften, oder mit 25,-€ pro Person doch noch in den Genuss kommen könnten. Der freundliche Herr an der Rezeption meinte, wir hätten dann ja noch 50 Minuten Zeit. Ohne Worte…….
Ein Mitarbeiter hatte jedoch am Abend irgendwann bemerkt, dass wir sehr lange auf unser Getränk warten müssten und hat sich dafür entschuldigt und um Verständnis gebeten, da Cocktails nicht so schnell wie ein Bier zuzubereiten wäre.
Schade für dieses Hotel! Leider haben sich die Bewertungen im Netz bestätigt.

Als wir dann im Hotel waren und wir fragten warum man den nicht antwortet, kam nur ein Schulter Zucken. Der Dame war es völlig egal. Frei war eh nichts mehr. Echt unprofessional und das in so einem Hotel. Ist ja auch kein Schnäppchen…
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nicht mehr.
