As already mentioned, this time was a gift for me... The tireless and loving care of each individual did not make the stay feel like a stay in a hospital. Sometimes we jokingly said that we felt like we were on a school trip - free, happy, carefree, back to life, which has become a rarity for many due to the crammed, performance-oriented everyday life.

Even now - a few weeks after the stay - I can say that the Betagenese gave and taught me a lot by being mindful of my limits and needs in order to master my upcoming tasks and remain productive in the future without burning out again. Without the therapists I would probably never have gained this knowledge... For that and for much more, I would like to give my very special thanks!!!

Ich wurde Ende Mai 2016 mit massiven, über 2 Jahre bestehenden, Schlafstörungen in die Betagenese aufgenommen. Im Verlauf des Aufenthaltes wurde ein Burnout diagnostiziert. Ich blieb 15 Wochen in der Betagenese und habe jeden Tag als Geschenk betrachtet. Ich bin allen in der Klinik unglaublich dankbar für die gänzliche Unterstützung in allen Belangen, die liebevolle Auf- und Annahme, die tollen Therapeuten und die genialen Therapieformen, die häufig über das normale Maß hinausgingen. Ich habe viele hilfreiche Möglichkeiten für die Zeit nach der Klinik an die Hand bekommen, um den weiteren Heilungsverlauf meines Zustandes zu unterstützen und damit weiterhin zu verbessern.

Wie bereits erwähnt war diese Zeit ein Geschenk für mich… Die unermüdliche und liebenswerte Betreuung von jedem einzelnen haben den Aufenthalt nicht wie einen Klinikaufenthalt empfinden lassen. Manchmal haben wir scherzhafterweise gesagt, wie fühlen uns wie auf einer Klassenfahrt - frei, fröhlich, unbeschwert, zurück im Leben, was durch den vollgestopften, leistungsorientierten Alltag bei vielen doch zur Seltenheit geworden ist.

Auch jetzt - einige Wochen nach dem Aufenthalt - kann ich sagen, dass mir die Betagenese durch Achtsamkeit für meine Grenzen und Bedürfnisse viel gegeben und beigebracht hat, um meine bevorstehenden Aufgaben zu meistern und in Zukunft leistungsfähig zu bleiben, ohne mich wieder auszubrennen. Ohne die Therapeuten hätte ich dieses Wissen wohl niemals erlangt… Dafür und für vieles mehr gilt mein ganz besonderer Dank!!!

Die kurzen Wege zu den Therapeuten und die tägliche sehr intensive Betreuung.
Bereits nach kurzer Zeit konnte ich schon sehr positive Veränderungen an mir und meinem Zustand feststellen. Der individuell und Bedarfsorientiert festgelegte Mix aus Psychotherapie, Physiotherapie und weiteren Spezialbehandlungen wie z.B. Craneo, etc. sowie sehr gut abgestimmte Gruppen- und Einzeltherapien führten bei mir zu einer erkennbaren Verbesserung meines Gesamtgesundheitszustandes.

Ich habe mich vom ersten Tag in der Betagenese sehr willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Mir gefielen die Räumlichkeiten, die schöne Lage sowie die Herzlichkeit, Freundlichkeit und die persönliche Einsatzfreude des gesamten Teams und der Klinikleitung.
Das Therapeutenteam ist äußerst engagiert, empathisch und sehr erfahren. Bei den Gruppentherapien haben mich die Kunst- und Musiktherapie sehr beeindruckt und angesprochen. Die psych. Einzeltherapie verhalf mir, die Klinik gestärkt und mit neuer Lebensfreude verlassen zu können.

Sehr angenehm fand ich auch die Unterbringung im hellen, gemütlichen Einzelzimmer in einem eigenständigen Bereich der BetaKlinik, zusammen mit einer überschaubaren Gruppe von Mitpatienten. Man hat eigentlich nie das Gefühl, in einer Klinik zu sein.
Der Kontakt zu den Mitpatienten ist eng, persönlich und hilfreich. Hier trägt ein großes Plus der Betagenes - eine kleine Klink mit großer individueller Betreuung zu sein - angenehme Früchte.

Ich bin den Therapeuten bis heute unendlich dankbar, dass und wie sie es geschafft haben, mich innnerhalb eines Zeitraumes von nur acht Monaten soweit zu stabilisieren, dass ich neue Hoffnung geschöpft habe, dass mir das Leben wieder lebenswert erscheint, und dass ich mich in der Lage fühle, in Kürze wieder arbeiten zu gehen. In meinen Augen ist das gesamte Konzept der Klinik hervorragend, und jeder einzelne Mosaikstein der verschiedensten Therapieformen hat zur Verbesserung meines Gesamtzustandes beigetragen. Ich kann diese Klinik nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen und bin mehr als dankbar, dort behandelt worden zu sein.
