I shop in this place 4 years ago in the first time i came to Germany and now that i start live there I keep buying there all my favorite mexican products. What i can say, they have good prices, good variety in the products and always the customer service have help me with my orders. Great place to shop!!

I made an order for Braunes Bohnenmus (Frijoles Bayos Refritos), La Morena, 440 g instead of receiving them i received Braunes Bohnenmus, La Sierra, 440 g, which normally would not be a problem, however, i am a diabetic and the sugar content of the La Sierra is much higher then La Morena.

-Please respond.

Sent an email to Hola Mexico about the wrong shipment, they promptly corrected it and sent the correct re-fried beans.

We stopped by while we were visiting in Bonn and it was so worth it. We found so many great things that we usually can't buy here and the staff were super friendly and helpful!

l mail ordered from outside of Germany It was the only Mexican food importer delivering to most of Europe. Diligent and willing to work with me on logistics as their default carrier DHL is not reliable where l ordered from. Their products are good quality, like certified organic masa harina. It’s incredible how difficult it is to find these products in Europe when l am used to going downstairs and grabbing a big pile. Cured the homesickness.

Very cool store! Staff speaks German, English and Spanish, is incredibly helpful and extremely friendly.
Definitely will stop by there again, because they also have a great selection of the best brands. Sauces, chilis, candy, spices, masa! Everything you need, they've got it.
Fully recommended!

It's so hard to find latin products in Germany and I love that they have so many things and products to create latin recipes!
Staff is always friendly and they have better prices than others here in Bonn.
Would 100% recommend

Best Mexican store in whole Europe! Amazing staff always super friendly, they have a lot of authentic Mexican products, it's a little piece of Mexico in Germany.
I recommend them 1000%
