We stayed here as part of a large group trip for a Bonn/Oxford twinning event. The hotel is very clean and tidy and the staff are very warm and friendly. Happy to help with whatever you may require and full of handy tips for getting around. Room was basic but comfortable, shower hot and soap and towels provided were of good quality. The breakfast if a traditional continental style buffet and again very good quality. Free WiFi access is great too.
Would happily stay again when I return with the rest of my family.

The staff was very accomdating, the price to quality was nice. The bed slept good and the room and bathroom was clean. There was a funny smell in the hotel that just mad the experience for me not that great.

All was of good quality.
Only one drawback about cleanliness of the room:
- for few days I found the same small pieces of paper (garbage) on the carpet
- one day I came back in the afternoon and I found my room not cleaned. It took a while to do so.

Room was lovely and big enough for a family of 4 was clean and very tidy the only thing I would probably say could improve is the way breakfast is layed out in the morning but overall had a lovely stay staff were great x

The receptionists were very helpful, they answered all of our questions and give good suggestions. If the hotel adds water boiler to the rooms, it will be better.
