Wish I could give this gym more than 5 stars, as I definitely would! I have been doing CrossFit for many years, and Dennis and his team are some of the most professional, knowledgeable, and helpful coaches/athletes I have come across at a box. I moved to Bonn and was unable to speak any German, but that didn't stop Dennis from making me feel right at home and introducing me to the gym and the members. Having now been a member for many months, I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of the equipment and coaches, but also the wonderful community that you will find here. Whether a beginner or a seasoned CrossFit athlete, there isn't anywhere better to be!

Have been a member of multiple gyms over the years and am quite happy here. Good scheduling and programming, clean space, coaches that actually help you improve form, and a familiar atmosphere with a bit of a tradition to grab post-workout coffee from the roasters' across the street. Recommended.

I just started crossfit for about 2 months ago at D Box. I have so far trained with 4 different coaches and they are all very friendly, supportive, helpful and professional. As a beginner, it is important for me to make sure that I learn the techniques well and execute them with good form. The small group sizes help with getting better trained and better spotted for the correctness of the techniques and form. I have always received good suggestions for scaling the exercises for my level and skills. The equipments are in good shape, maintained and cleaned well. I have had very good experience and can only recommend the box.

Amazing place, super friendly and experienced coaches that will help you with any special situation with lots of patience. Also, really good wods that are challenging (in a good way) but adaptable to everyone and extra classes to improve skills etc. The cf community is also very friendly and make you feel part of the group from the beginning. Perfect for any Bonn newcomers that want to meet new people and are passionate about CrossFit.

Some people truly live, breath and devote themself to what they do. The minute you enter this box you will immediately feel the vibe, commitment, engagement and dedication to CrossFit. Every detail of the box interior design is so well thought and worked out. That precision is also reflected into the coaching style; the Coaches will work with you 1on1 until you reach perfection to scale up.

Last but not the least, you will quickly notice that people just love coming to the box and be part of a larger family. The atmosphere and friendship is awesome!

D Box is one of the best CF gyms I've had the pleasure to be a member of. Dennis (along with the other coaches!) is highly trained and it shows in his treatment of his gym members. A small, but important note is that I speak very little German, but the coaches and all the other members have been kind and allow me to putter along in English.

I've been in this box for more than 1 year and because of the good training I got from Dennis, I have stronger shoulders, back and arms. Dennis is a great coach. I don't feel insecure when I'm training with him because I can always work on my own level and strength. The community is also very nice. People are so friendly and warm.
