Promo says pay 1 for 2. But we were charged in full price. When asked about this, the ignorant and disinterested cashier lady replied “DAS IST AUTOMATISCH”. I don’t know whether they are so desperate so that they just accepted anyone to work, or something went wrong during the training. But all in all, decided to return the stuff and left with bitter feeling. Other hema stores I have visited always have nice and warm people, but not this one unfortunately.

I really like this brand. Many nice things for the house, parties, beauty, kids games and cool office supply. This branch in Bonn is nice, but relatively modest.

A lot of junk, messy, untidy place with confused inefficient helpers. No reason to shop there.
