I recommend visiting the Vodafone agency located in Wenzelgasse 6, Bonn. The treatment was very cordial and friendly. I am a foreigner and I needed a detailed explanation of the contract for internet and mobile phone. For this, I received the effective help and advice of Alex Hardy. He explained the Vodafone service exactly to me and gave me very good deals. I recommend visiting this agency and, even better, if you are served by Alex.

Having just moved to Bonn, Alex provided us with phenomenal service in helping us set up DSL and phone contracts. He is friendly, honest and explained everything in detail, in English, which was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend visiting his shop if you’re looking for a new contract or phone.

Staff at this Vodafone Shop is simply Excellent.
Very kind, professional and helpful .. customer care orientation at this shop is Super!!
I had a problem I could not manage to solve in the main Vodafone shop whereas here they solved it quickly and effectively. I was thinking to quit being Vodafone client before entering this shop and I left with my problem solved, 2 new Handy contractor for my wife and my son and 1 new home phone/Internet contract.
Vodafone should give a reward to the excellent staff in this shop.
