Depending on the season, the clothes are great. The quality is high and the prices arw affordable. Unfortunately its the service that lacks, they either have slow cashiers or not enough staff to help, often times there is no staff by the changing rooms and the changing room upstairs is closed even though it could be open

Lots of people, there is not customer flow control. This place is completely cramped up.
Kids are screaming everywhere and on the floors there are all the shoes which can easily tripped people.

Because of all those pushing and chaos, I lost my scharf and hat.
No staffs is willing to offer help. They only shook their head.

I will discourage people to come shop here.
Horrible shopping experience. ????????

This place has the worst customer service. Never again am I spending my hard earned money at this joint. Zara, please get rid of these grumpy employees who hate their jobs and replace them with normal people!

All goods are unorganised. Bit messy everywhere. Couldn't find the biker jacket I was looking for!
