Wonderful experience it was to stay in this Hotel.
Plus Points are as follows
1) Very Friendly and Helping Staff. Right from front desk,restaurant u0026 housekeeping.
2) Breakfast had variety u0026 it tasted good.
3) Hotel is situated in the middle of a Huge Park, with Ponds. Many families can be seen enjoying in the fresh air.
4) Its near by to the Shopping center, Railway u0026 multiple good restaurants.

Negative Points - NONE

No second thought, when this Pandemic is over, i shall be visiting Germany again and stay in this property.

Classy hotel, up to date, great bed, and very good breakfast. Location is the draw for this (near the musical theater, the city park, and the downtown area). Staff are very helpful. Pub is decent operation. Would get there in mid-afternoon and take an hour's walk in the city park.

1) Very lively and helpful front desk staff.
2) The Location Of Hotel is right opposite to a big park. (Biggest plus point)
3) Breakfast is good.
4) Rooms are very clean and always smell fresh ????

Amazing hotel, the best in bochum. Located at great place. Amazing views form the rooms here of the Bochum park. Rooms are clean, spacious, clean bathrooms, daily room cleaning. Breakfast is great. Staff here is so polite and helpful. Staff members here are mostly ladies. Loved it here.

Clearly deserves more stars but I am so used to free WiFi that I found it odd to pay for internet (also at dumb prices). Other then that everything is perfect, large rooms, clean, nice location, all good.

My husband tripped over an oddly configured stairway near the hotel lobby and broke his nose. It was a bad injury - blood everywhere. There was a warning sign near the stairs, but in German only. After the accident, the hotel clerk called an ambulance and my hubby was treated in a nearby hospital. Due to the injury, we had to extend our stay in the hotel in order to see the doctor for further medical procedures. Throughout our 4 days of stay in the hotel, the management did not express any sympathy let alone to make any gesture to comfort us. When I talked to the manager to express our disappointment over the lack of concern on the part of the hotel, she responded: "It was not our fault." "We called the ambulance and gave the first aid." "If you fall on the street, you are on your own". "What do you want us to do?" For someone in the hospitality business, such coldheartedness is remarkable. The manager of this hotel lacks the basic human compassion. So be warned!

Quite a nice hotel with a spacious room and a comfortable bed. Restaurant was good for both dinner and breakfast. Service from front desk not impressive though.
