Nice cinema. The lounge section has amazing seats from where to watch your movie. The snacks are a bit expensive.

Located near Berlin Zoologischer Garten, Zoo Palast is a historical Cinema dating back too 1957. And it has not lost his historical look from the inside. Desing in the 50's the interior looks like it has stopt in time. Furthermore the movie cinema experience is not very special comparing it too other cinema's. The commercials where 40 min long. That i have never experienced. There are how ever special services for some seats i believe in the cinema where you can be served food and drinks and change you chair. We did not oder this seats but i believe they have that option. I would just recommend it for the looks. But for the rest not very special.

Zoo Palast Berlin is without a shadow of a doubt one of the most historic cinema's in Berlin.
Extremely popular so it's advisable to pre book tickets which entitles you to free drinks and nibbles and more comfortable seats .
Staff here are super friendly and go out of their way to make your visit memorable.
The cinema itself is modern and your always assured a great visit.
Easy to locate on Hardenbergstraße and most definitely well worth checking out.:;,

Amazing building. The cinema looks gorgeous. The chairs are very comfortable with plenty of leg-room. There are multiple rooms, and the movies are usually available also in 3D or OV (without any subtitles).

Worst popcorn of my life. Wet, cold and soggy. I asked for a refund but the bartenders only said that the popcorn was from "today". They don't make the ???? fresh at the counter. It arrives in big plastic bags. No wonder it's cold and chewy :( one star for that.

On the good side the interior of Saal 2 was great. Very comfortable chairs, even in the cheap section. They can recline and you can take a good nap. Recommend.

Mahler VI livestream von der Philharmonie, Petrenko. Not quite the live experience but a very good second best, in a superb theatre of such delicious comfort, and kind staff, we will go again.
