I was really disappointed because this looked nice from the outside. The waiter was clearly struggling to keep a handle of all the tables and I did feel sorry for him that it seemed like they didn't have enough staff but after ~20 mins waiting to get the menu/order, even longer waiting for our food and drinks to arrive without any acknowledgement while we were waiting, and then being pressured quite heavily to give a large tip before even tasting the food, neither me or my boyfriend were feeling great about it at all. When we said we weren't going to give a tip given the wait time, at least not before we ate, the waiter got up close to me and raised his voice pointing very close to my food and telling us that it wasn't McDonald's and it takes time to cook as if the only wait was due to the cooking time - it wasn't. I do think that the waiter was really stressed so suspect that he might really benefit if they hire someone to help when it's busier and also give him some better training about how to manage the tables and give some pointers about making people feel a bit more welcome as we had witnessed him arguing with someone else too because they wanted tap water. Unfortunately the experience affected how we felt and we just tried to eat up and leave. The seats we were on were really uncomfortable, I ended up standing most of the time I was waiting. Food and drinks were average at best and didn't have much flavour. Presentation was quite nice. Halloumi was very tasty and a good texture but sadly nothing else was that good. There was a weird stick of filo pastry served on the cilbir eggs which was overly greasy and wasn't flavoured with anything. Kind of odd. Matcha wasn't fully mixed but maybe not the worst I've had.
