After almost three more hours, I resignedly picked up my cell phone to distract myself. A member of staff came into the room and told me to go to sleep and not look at the cell phone. So far so good. I said that I had been lying awake for hours, as I do so often. Whereupon I was told if I didn't sleep now he would unplug me and I could go home. I didn't like that at all. I can't help my insomnia. And neither did the arrogant senior teacher tone with the threat of consequences, but said nothing more about it. It felt like I was in kindergarten. The sound makes the music. A few minutes later, he removed all of the gauges and mask. But I was allowed to stay. Still, I couldn't shut my eyes. Then in the morning the wake-up service. I wanted to take a shower. They were all taken. I had to wait. I had room number 17. There are 18 rooms and three showers with toilets. At some point I was able to take a shower. When I was finished, the arrogant employee stood in front of the door of the shower room with a reproachful look and wanted to teach me that he would have woken me first and that I could not shower forever because the employees want to call it a day. He tapped his watch as a senior teacher. I found that a bit very cheeky, especially since it couldn't be that way because the other patients were all wired and the removal takes several minutes. I'm approaching 60 and I'm no longer a little kid. After packing my things, I passed the office and wanted to complain. Since I didn't know the name of the employee, I asked about the foreign employee and criticized his tone of voice. His German colleague then slammed the door in my face with full force and said to me: Get out of here. Just a quick step back saved me from hitting the door with full force. I wear glasses and have a severe disability of 90% due to various illnesses. Unfortunately, something like this is completely uninteresting for our judiciary because it is not in the public interest. People look the other way until the ordinary citizen is fed up and takes the law into their own hands. I'm not in the mood for stress, but this incident is absolutely impossible. Totally wrong.

VORSICHT: UNGEHOBELTES UND GEWALTTÄTIGES PERSONAL!!!
Ich leide an massiven Schlafstörungen. Nachdem mir mein Hausarzt ein mobiles Gerät zur nächtlichen Schlaferfassung mit Nachhause gab und die Daten ausgelesen waren, wurde ich an das Zentrale Schlaflabor überwiesen. Ich war zweimal dort. Beim erstenmal war alles sehr gut. Freundliche nette Mitarbeiter. Geschlafen habe ich trotzdem kaum. Wegen Atemaussetzer bekam ich einen zweiten Termin. Gestern Abend dem 12.10.2021 um 20:15 Uhr. Diesmal sollte ich mit Maske schlafen und alles besser sein. Ich brauchte anderthalb Stunden um einzuschlafen, war aber kurz danach wieder abrupt wach. Konnte nicht mehr einschlafen. Nach fast drei weiteren Stunden nahm ich resigniert mein Handy um mich abzulenken. Ein Mitarbeiter kam daraufhin ins Zimmer und sagte ich solle schlafen und nicht auf das Handy gucken. Soweit so gut. Ich sagte, dass ich nun schon wie so oft seit Stunden wach liege. Woraufhin mir gesagt wurde wenn ich jetzt nicht schlafe, würde er mich abkabeln und ich könnte nach Hause gehen. Das fand ich schon mal gar nicht gut. Ich kann ja nichts für meine Schlafstörungen. Und den arroganten Oberlehrerton mit der Androhung von Konsequenzen auch nicht, sagte aber nichts weiter dazu. Kam mir vor wie im Kindergarten. Der Ton macht die Musik. Ein paar Minuten später entfernte er alle Messgeräte plus Maske. Aber ich durfte bleiben. Trotzdem konnte ich kein Auge mehr zumachen. Morgens dann der Weckdienst. Ich wollte duschen gehen. Die waren alle besetzt. Ich musste warten. Ich hatte Zimmernummer 17. Es gibt dort 18 Zimmer und dafür drei Duschen mit WC. Irgendwann konnte ich dann auch duschen gehen. Als ich fertig war stand der arrogante Mitarbeiter mit vorwurfsvollen Blick vor der Tür des Duschraumes und wollte mich darüber belehren, dass er mich als ersten geweckt hätte und ich nicht ewig duschen könnte weil die Angestellten Feierabend machen wollen. Dabei Tippte er er Oberlehrerhaft auf seine Uhr. Das fand ich dann doch ein bisschen sehr frech, zumal das ja gar nicht so sein konnte, weil die anderen Patienten noch alle verkabelt gewesen waren und das Entfernen mehrere Minuten dauert. Ich gehe auf die 60 zu und bin kein kleines Kind mehr. Nachdem ich meine Sachen zusammengepackt hatte ging ich am Büro vorbei und wollte mich beschweren. Da ich den Namen des Mitarbeiters nicht kannte fragte ich nach dem Ausländischen Mitarbeiter und bemängelte dessen Tonfall. Sein Deutscher Kollege knallte mir daraufhin mit voller Wucht die Tür vor der Nase zu und sagte zu mir: Hau ab. Nur ein schneller Schritt zurück bewahrte mich davor die Tür mit voller Wucht an den Kopf zu bekommen. Ich bin Brillenträger und habe wegen verschiedener Erkrankungen einen Schwerbehinderungsgrad von 90%. Von dem arroganten Mitarbeiter wurde ich noch in die Naziecke gestellt, indem er laut rief: "Das ist Nazi, Das ist Nazi!!" und sein Kollege öffnete wieder die Tür und griff mich körperlich an indem er Anfing mich den Gang runterzuschubsen und mir an den Hals griff. Erst als ich sagte, dass wenn er das nicht sein lässt, ich die Polizei rufen würde, ließ er von mir ab, ließ aber noch mit Kommentaren zu seinem Kollegen von sich hören, warum der Überhaupt mit mir redet. Total abwertend. Ich habe schon so einiges in meinem Leben erlebt, aber das toppt fast alles. Ich frage mich wirklich wie primitiv und unterbelichtet man sein muss, um sich derart gehen zu lassen und auch noch gewalttätig zu werden. Ich hoffe, dass das ein Vorgesetzter liest und der Vorgang Konsequenzen hat. Ich für meinen Teil werde hier niemals mehr einen Fuß reinsetzen. Normalerweise müsste man sowas anzeigen. Nur leider ist so etwas ja für unsere Justiz völlig uninteressant weil nicht im öffentlichen Interesse. Da wird weggesehen bis der ordentliche Bürger irgendwann die Nase voll hat und das Recht in die eigene Hand nimmt. Ich habe keine Lust auf Stress, aber dieser Vorfall geht absolut gar nicht. Total daneben.

Krankenkasse, überweisender Facharzt und die Kassenärztliche Vereinigung wurden heute schriftlich darüber informiert.
