Hotel am Adenauerplatz

This hotel is perfectly situated. The rooms are rather old as is the furniture inside. The beds are terrible but can do for one-two nights. The bathroom is clean and in perfect condition. The staff was pleasant. Breakfast was sufficient in diversity quantity and quality. Overall a suitable place for a short stay in Berlin.

Awful staff and owner. The hotel owner very aggressively accused me that I damaged their safe (!!!) (incorrectly entered the code), and then extorted 150 euro from me only to open the safe back. And as I was informed, this is not the first such event in this hotel. I am a very experienced traveller but this happened to me for the first, and I hope for the last time.

The room was all right and the staff was helpful. However, reception is only open until (22.00?) or so, and they only take payment in cash, which can be rather inconvenient. The room keys were attached to a massive room tag that isn't comfortable to carry around unless you have a handbag or huge pockets.

i only was there for one night but i can say that we had everything we needed and even more and for the low price it was totally all right. our 4-bed room was very clean and we even had a small balcony. the only thing that i missed was an air conditioner because it was too loud to open a window and late at night it still was pretty hot.

Cost 50-60 €with breakfast. Room was not very clean and extremely small. Beds were very light and they move, that I had to push them multiple times to the wall otherwise the pillows fall behind the beds. Hotel location is in Charlottenburg. Very central and very nice neighborhood. Breakfast was small but acceptable.

Really nice place. Tastefully decorated, basically with second hand furniture. Clean and cozy. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have had for ages. Great value for the money.

The hotel is beautiful, equip with an old timy elevator, spiral stairs and a free breakfast it is a nice place to stay on the west end of berlin. It is very close to a train station. My room had a balcony with a nice view of our neibors bathtub. The breakfast would be nicer with some soy milk or other vegan alternatives.
