I enlisted the help of vpmk when I had to miss my visa appointment because I had contracted Covid-19. In a very stressful time, Frau Pönert was kind, responsive, professional, and extremely helpful: she and the vpmk team helped me get a Fiktionsbescheinigung and a replacement visa appointment at very short notice for an affordable price, and even followed up with me before my new appointment to see if I needed additional support. Dissapointing experience. Got in contact with Lawyer Ponert through a recommendation, and after a first consultation, after which she informed us to get back to us: silence. I have now called 3 times over the course of 2 weeks in an urgent matter of immigration law, got 3 promises for a same day call back, not one came.
Better go somewhere else.

Very dishonest lawyers. We hired them for a case against (Berlin) visa officer and it turned out that the lawyer was rather trying to protect the visa officer for her unlawful action. After few weeks, we had to move out of Germany due to mmigration to Canada. However, the lawyer stopped replying and provided no updates on our case against visa officer. We paid quite a bit of money without anything.
