For the price, the room was VERY small and basic and the lack of service obvious. Would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The contactless check-in process was simple, and communication was prompt. Though, on several occasions my husband and I asked about; The lack of amenities, the lack of air-conditioning, noisy street on all occasions the response was 'we cannot do anything about it'. So overall service was extremely poor. The room was overly hot - stuffy and the weather exceeded 20 degrees during our stay, but it was too noisy to sleep with the windows open (the hotel is right by a noisy tram line and street facing), they have a non sensical 6mth no air-conditioning policy so there was no fix. Their rather arrogant response to our message was service was not poor, we responded instantly. Though. they didn't provide any help or solution on ANY occasion.

On their website, they say they include:
Breakfast available - False - local cafes are suggested with no commercial alignment. Suggestion would be to form an agreement with a good local cafe and offer guests a decent discount if they go there for breakfast. For 142 Euros per night, I expect breakfast included...
Work stations provided (pictures of the room show work stations) - Again, false. We were travelling with the intent to work in our room, which we had to do in bed as there was no space to sit and work in the room. Very unsatisfactory.
Location was great, bed was reasonably comfortable though basic. Otherwise, it is comparable to a low budget hotel. For the price, I do expect a lot more as you would get it in any of the other 3-5 star hotels in the city which come in at the same price range.

Very comfortable stay (monthly). Would HIGHLY recommend.
Staff is prompt, and helpful.
Clean common spaces: parking and laundry.
Location wise, it's central but not too touristy.
The flee market (Thursday and weekends) are fun.

Fantastic location, contact-free check in, modern amenities, responsive and helpfull service. I have stayed in two different size rooms - mini studio and a large double room and both were very comfortable. Good privacy- I could not hear other guests at any time. The rooms facing the street are a bit noisy due to traffic if you open the windows, otherwise it’s OK. AC is very efficient and the kitchenettes were well equipped.
I cannot fault it- a nice, comfy and clean place to stay.

Great all-round experience! From the booking, check-in, to the quality of the rooms and customer service - a great and cozy place to stay. The rooms are generously designed and equipped. If something is required or questions rise, the customer service is available 24/7. I would especially like to point out Eva K., who tremendously helped me and really was the nucleus of my great experience. All in all, a recommended place to stay, if in Berlin.

Overall, the experience was good. The location is very central and close to public transportation. I love Mitte and some of its beautiful corners. 10 min to museum island and other venues. Close to park and restaurants, cafes.
The bed was comfortable, nice desk, Nespresso machine with capsules for the first morning coffee. Nice touch, too, was the free water and a Prosecco as a welcome. More than adequate kitchen (who wants to cook with so many marvellous, inexpensive food choices around?), microwave, dishwasher. Nice bathroom, decent towels and good qualify soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Good ambient lighting and desk lamp, although no reading lamp by the bed. The laundry facility is very convenient. On on-site staff was friendly and responsive. My only gripe--but big for me, it may not be to others) was with the lack of cleaning service: I'm allergic to dust and my room was not cleaned for 8 days. I had to request a mop and mop the floor myself. I was happy not to have a daily cleaning, but found 8 days without cleaning too long. For the price charged, I would expect a bit more of an effort-- every 3-4 days would be more appropriate.

Overall a good experience.

Things to improve upon:
* The air-conditioning in my room did not work properly, reported it but the room remained uncomfortable.
* The curtains do not block out all the light, so if you are a light sleeper, this is a problem.
* The walls had marks / scuffs on them everywhere, looks like the room was redone but they forgot to clean the walls or repaint them.

Things that were great:
* Loved the 'welcome pack' with snacks and beer.
