For the price, the room was VERY small and basic and the lack of service obvious. Would not recommend staying at this hotel.
The contactless check-in process was simple, and communication was prompt. Though, on several occasions my husband and I asked about; The lack of amenities, the lack of air-conditioning, noisy street on all occasions the response was 'we cannot do anything about it'. So overall service was extremely poor. The room was overly hot - stuffy and the weather exceeded 20 degrees during our stay, but it was too noisy to sleep with the windows open (the hotel is right by a noisy tram line and street facing), they have a non sensical 6mth no air-conditioning policy so there was no fix. Their rather arrogant response to our message was service was not poor, we responded instantly. Though. they didn't provide any help or solution on ANY occasion.
On their website, they say they include:
Breakfast available - False - local cafes are suggested with no commercial alignment. Suggestion would be to form an agreement with a good local cafe and offer guests a decent discount if they go there for breakfast. For 142 Euros per night, I expect breakfast included...
Work stations provided (pictures of the room show work stations) - Again, false. We were travelling with the intent to work in our room, which we had to do in bed as there was no space to sit and work in the room. Very unsatisfactory.
Location was great, bed was reasonably comfortable though basic. Otherwise, it is comparable to a low budget hotel. For the price, I do expect a lot more as you would get it in any of the other 3-5 star hotels in the city which come in at the same price range.
