I am currently staying. I have been since March. A disaster. I will be in Germany until December, but until June I can not move from here due my contract.Please, if you stay thinking in this apartments: Attention to the apartment that you will reserve(will not be the same photo) .Attention with the cleaning (not cleaned every week and do evil) .It's Imposible contact with the "Ladies" of the reception if you have any problem.For the same price you have better options in Berlin.Thanks and good luck.

I think it’s the worst apartments in this price in Berlin. We got it from my company. Here you can’t sleep, because all night you will hear music and voices from the street. In this building you can see hostel and people from the hostel have parties every day. And also you can’t see cleaning… and unfortunately all things in the room are not so good. I think each of us deserves sleep and cleanliness

We came to this aparts yesterday and was horrified.
It is VERY dirty here (unfortunately I can't upload photos). I tried to clean all of these but had no luck.
EVERY item in this apart is dirty (furniture, dishes, shower, toilet, etc).
There is no conditioner but you can't sleep with opened windows because of unbearable noise from the street.

Well located in terms of public transport, good soundproofing, too much noize from the street if you sleep with open window, not the best Berlin district (centrally located, but architecture is not for the sightseeing), extremely overprised, housekeeping must be a lot more better for that price (during our 2 months stay they provided us new bottles of shampoo and shower gell zero (0) times) and once again, extremly overprised

-Location is great
-Rooms are nice and good size
-Pleasant staff especially the manager
-Furniture looks good but lacks functionality
-Kitchen is unbelievably small for a flat this size
-Keyless/cardless access
-Responsive customer support team

But the biggest issue - the room was not clean (had spider webs etc). No one bothered even after informing and even after showing to the housekeeping staff. Cleaning service overall was questionable. Every time, there was some issue or other... or the housekeeping staff will completely miss the schedule. Not acceptable for this price.

I stayed here for 1 month and I was very satisfied. The only problem was that there was no table-chair in the room for working. So I mostly worked for my job in bed. On the other hand, when there was a problem with the room, the staff helped immediately. It is located in a very well place in terms of location and you can go to the nearby markets and shopping center. In conclusion, I recommend this place.

Reception staff is nice and helpful, but the managers don't care. Apartment was dirty when I arrived. They barely clean and sometimess they just don't. Elevators have rests of food two weeks old and their buttons don't work. Half the lights ik the apartment don't work. Kitchen faucet fails to control water temperature. Internet speed is fine, but only reaches the kitchen, not the sleeping room or living room. You arrive after a long trip and you cannot take a shower: you have to go out to buy soap! Good luck if you arrive on a Sunday.
