Nice Hotel. The room was just what I wanted, nice and clean, great shower, good Internet. I only discovered the tea and coffee hidden behind the sliding shower room door on my last day, which was slightly annoying. Their own entrance and reception was out of action and you have to use the Holiday Inn adjacent.The ventilation system was apparently only generating heat, so I had to leave it switched off and open the window, which meant it was a bit noisy (Berlin likes to party late!)

The stay was OK. The rain fall shower did not have enough pressure. The TV didn't allow you to use 3rd party gadgets due to hotel own software. If you're a light sleeper, it's recommended to choose a room that is directed to the inside of the hotel not the street side because of the tram that is running until late at night. Despite of all these things, the staff was friendly.

Very dirty room, dust on the floor, hair on the bed. After the complaint the bed linen was changed, however the floor was not mopped. As a surprise there was no house keeping at all the next day, just didn’t show up. No apologies, no make up. Really wish we would choose another place to stay in this lovely city. To be fair, the reception service was quick - I’ve called to get the iron and a board, it was delivered to my room within 5 min.

Technically hotel is managed by adjacent holiday inn where you have to check in and out, so that is not an indigo hotel actually. The fridge in the room was out of order and despite 2 requests at the lobby it did not get repaired. Lowest standard I've ever experienced in the hotel group.

The staff here are really really nice, they were excellent with all of their Covid restrictions and it felt very safe. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and the shower in particular was excellent. Great value for money, I would certainly return, the only mark down is that the breakfast is quite expensive.

Excellent place. The team is very helpful. I booked a room and arrived really early in the morning. The front desk worked with me and got me a room earlier than the check in time.

Also, we book a conference room. The room was very good, excellent service, the break was served well on time. Lighting in the conference room could be better, but overall excellent experience. Projector worked fine as to sound system. Can't complain at all.

Coming back again soon!

Very nice and clean hotel. It was so easy to go everywhere from the hotel. So friendly and helpful staff. View from my room perfect.
