I was expecting very expensive cocktails because of the location, but was actually incredibly reasonable, around 14 Euro for a cocktail, they also had a range a other drinks yous expect to find at a bar,

Well worth it for the views, experienced friendly bartender

Only downside was there was only one person working the bar, so there was a short wait to get our drinks

There were loads of empty tables so we asked to move to a table closer to the window but they would not let us because it was “the calm before the storm”, when we left there were still loads of empty tables. Decent wine, average food.

Updated review to respond to the TV tower below;
We were never told that we specifically had booked the inner table when we were there (which would have resulted in a greater understanding from our side) and we would happily have paid the additional €3 per person to sit at one of all the empty tables by the window if we had been given the option (tables which were clearly not reserved for the specific times we where there).

Excellent panoramic view of the city coupled with a well stocked bar at the top makes for a great time with friends and family. The bar service being one major factor that could improve compared to other cosmopolitan bars around the world ????

Beautiful view, but 13€ for strawberry dauqiri which tastes like vodka juice is a bit too much. Still, it’s worth the visit!

The barmaid completely ignored us. We waited for around ten minutes before continuing on. The views are impressive though.

Excellent views from the observation deck.
Booked a reservation time so had an hour to wait, a little bit pricey. Didn't stay for drinks as only a few seats along the bar.
