The atmosphere was amazing and one of the staff members was really helpful and informative about the menu. The burrata on the salad was frozen from the inside, pizza was good, and the pasta was below average. One thing I didn’t appreciate was one of the employees working on the cashier called another customer stupid right in front of me just because he was asking where to collect the beverages.

Before COVID, VAPIANO was always 5 stars for me.
I tried their Pinsa today, the taste was pretty good but the crust was very hard so I couldn't cut and eat it. However the service was good but they should add more order kiosks to avoid waiting.

Excellent Italian restaurant near Kudamm Street in Berlin. The concept is automated self service as you compose your order by your self at a special stand, you can observe the kitchen while meals are prepared, you bring your food yourself.
Spacious and welcoming facility. Affordable prices. Dishes are somehow oversized.

Great food, very fresh and tasty, welcoming and kind service. The pizza is crunchy and delicious, salads are very good. The bread and cheese are free. Highly recommended

Good food, happy staff but the self order system is appalling, 2 machines isn't enough, it took over 10 minutes just to order the food, I wish I had gone somewhere else. I'm not visiting any other vapiano with self order machines

Great place to visit. Nice view from the window. Staff was friendly and helpful. Delicious food for my family. It was worth. We will definitely visit again when we will be in Berlin next time.

Good food nice experience no waiter service its touch screen ordering and a key pad buzzes when to pick the food up from counter so easy to do happy customer ????????????
