Burgers look great, as there are double meat and cheese layers. However, it has many kinds of ingredients such as pickles onions tomatoes and mushroom with nearly no salt at all that it should have been more tasty. Strong cooking scent into the place but they are somehow fast in making orders. Fries were good

The burgers on the well done side but big and addictive. Chips very tasty an natural. Maybe not a cool place to hang out, but I will definitely visit it again...P.S. I visited it again. It is the most "extreme" Burger I ever ate. It is the mixture of toppings and textures that makes it very addictive (bacon cheeseburger) ;-) P.S. The Burger with 4 patties made me dream about 6 patties next time ;-)

Positiv: The taste is quite good compared to other fast food places and there are a lot of options for an individual burger.

Negativ: It’s really loud, the lighting makes in uncomfortable, the burger and the fries were just thrown into the bag, the burger top was cold, it is quite pricy, and it is a lot of waste, especially for eating in.

For me it’s a classic 2.5 stars, but the staff is friendly so I round up to 3 stars.

so I went ahead and gave Five Guys a try to see what all the fuss is about.
Burger+Coke 12€, so right away I could have had that combo for less at Burgermeister or Kreuzburger and better quality at that.
Staff was friendly and competent. Sacks of Potatoes around the waiting area somewhat pretentious.
The Five Guys burger bun/brioche was undercooked and tasted raw and dowie. The meat and the condiments were ok but the whole thing fell apart pretty quickly.
The restaurant and the table outside (11pm on a Sat) weren't clean and reminded me of a crowded KFC near Fernsehturm at Alexanderplatz.
What really felt bad was the knowledge that included in the price is the ad cost for product placement with some insta model holding a FG milkshake literally shaking her beehind on a jet ski in a hip hop video that was produced illegally during Covid shutdown, so yeah... probably not gonna come back

This was my first trip to Five Guys. Burgers are made from fresh ground beef, not frozen and the meat actually tastes good. Cooked to order and topped as you like it, I stayed basic with onions, ketchup and mustard. They use US style mustard. The fries are also from fresh potatoes, not the usual frozen industrial ones most restaurants serve. A regular portion is huge, but they were not wasted! My fries were not greasy, nice and brown and delicious. As some other have noted, this place isn't cheap, my cheeseburger and fries, nothing to drink was €15, BUT it was an excellent cheeseburger and fries. I shall return!

While the prices from 7.50 to 10 € are a bit too much, in return you'll get double patties and the option to add any topping that you like for free. So in a way it's like a Subway, just with burgers instead.
If you decide to get the cheese, you can really taste it inside the burger, same with the bacon, both are really good. The only thing I didn't like that much was the buns which felt soft and lukewarm at best.
I'd recommend going for the novelty of an European branch of Five Guys, but I definitely wouldn't go here every day because of the higher prices.
