We had a very nice stay at Dorint Kurfürstendamm Berlin (7 nights Deluxe))Great location. The room was spacious with a nice view and a huge bed. The bathroom had both a tub and a shower. We slept like babies due to the sound proof door and windows. A special thanks to the lovely staff at the breakfast-buffet. They gave us such a warm welcome every day, and they all worked very hard to keep everything fresh and clean without being stressed out. A very nice start to our mornings. We miss our smoothieu003c3. This Hotel also have a restaurant, and we must say we were pleasantly surprised of the quality. We had a very nice late dinner and dessert, and the staff again super nice. All in all I will say that this Hotel is great value for money and we would def stay here again!

One of the best luxurious hotel we’ve ever stayed. Rooms are designed for comfort and equipped with every amenities you looking for. Breakfast is nice. Staff is great. Hotel location very central and superb.

Wonderful hotel and one of the best experiences I’ve had so far. Staff is genuinely attentive to kids and they provided not only cot as requested, but children toiletries, some toys and cherry on top - small slippers!
Room is spacious with somewhat a view on the old broken church and Mercedes sign on the nearby building which will definitely light up your night unless you completely wrap up the windows with curtains.
Breakfast lacked a bit of staff attention but is very good overall, I enjoyed it, especially the variety of fresh fruit.
Be aware if you’re checking out in the early morning (before 6:30am on weekdays or 7am on weekends) you need to request lunch box well in advance otherwise you’ll have to find food someplace else.

The rooms we had were adjoining so had ample space to work , rest and sleep. Most of the younger staff were friendly upbeat and ready to help. However there was definitely a more resistant and almost cold / rude approach from other's. It was a shame because my son age 10 asked if all German people were like that.

Was there for two nights...its a big hotel with lots of space and therefore big spacious rooms.

Personel very friendly and helpful.
One night we even had one of our rooms upgraded which I found to be owesome.

With this level of a 5 ???? they can improve on their breakfast and add more varieties especially on fresh fruits and veges and fish. It was just okay for me but not wow!!

Some hotels of this standards have bathrobes and slippers in the room but I had to call reception to make a request which was done immediately.

A request for a taxi to the airport was done in two minutes.

Another minus point is the spa. I wished with their standard they could have a 24 hour running sauna. Unfortunately it only serviced half time. ????????

And therefore in general only 4 ???? from me .

Beautiful room awesome and very kind staff all over the hotel. One of the best breakfast buffet I have had in a long time. Location is perfekt if you want to explore the city and night live of Berlin.

Excellence!!!

This hotel was excellent and gave us very good cleaning service and even sat up my little sisters toy on the bed and it gave her a smile. The room was very nice and modern and the fitness room is very nice with a steam room, sauna, weights, other work out equipment, and even a footbath. The nice details of an automatic ice pile and cold water bucket were appreciated. The only thing I would change is the menu of the restaurant within the hotel, it could use more options and make less of an attempt at extravagance because the food is all sounding of octopus confit and chocolate creme bruleé but isn't actually the best. But a restaurant isn't of importance and didn't really put a dent in the stay, especially because there are many restaurant options surrounding the hotel. It is also in an excellent location. The tiergarten is very close and the streets around are very lively with lots of the main attractions. The Berlin zoo is a brisk walk away and there are lots of shops across the street. I HIGHLY recommend!! The quality surpasses the price by far and you definitely think it was our best hotel choice on our trip.
