I've been coming to this hotel regularly for the past year and truly my experience could not have been better. The friendliest and most helpful staff I have met in any hotel I've ever been to. Modern and comfortable rooms. The breakfast has a lot of options and you can always ask the staff for something special. The bars at night have good drinks, especially the mojito made by Ismael, the bar tender. The gym is a bit small but I visit it every stay and have no problem using the equipment. I can totally recommend this hotel.

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. This website will compare countless booking web sites and normally will have rates much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of my favorites in this area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you choose this place you won't regret it.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with a large selection. The breakfast and bar staff were all very friendly too. Great location. Right next to a metro station and a short walk to the zoo.

I was here on a 2-day business trip in July 2022. I had the grand deluxe room with breakfast included. The room was fairly nice with plenty of room, a spacious desk, lots of storage room and a nice bathroom. Although the size of this room category has advantages, I would recommend to go with a smaller and possibly cozier room.
The breakfast was good: Lots of varieties to choose from and everything tasted good.
In total I deducted one star as the people that I spoke with at the front desk could be a bit more friendly and welcoming.

Clean, Comfortable and very well maintained.

I'd one of the apartment suites, very well appointed but split over two floors with the main bathroom and bedroom on a mezzanine.

This had a kitchen, lounge and dining area with a small bathroom down stairs and a large bathroom with super king bed upstairs. Desks u0026 TVs upstairs and down, larger desk upstairs.

A large window gave good daylight to both areas, with powered curtains making them easy to draw. These were very effective at blocking light.

Hotel itself was beautiful. Upgraded to an apartment, No.255 which was very spacious with a lovely bedroom u0026 bathroom. The small kitchenette needed a little upgrading, but overall the apartment was, as i said, beautiful. Bed was excellent, great nights of sleep u0026 myself u0026 partner really needed them!

Standard check-in and check-out is fine. Rooms are great and the housekeeping staff is expectional.

Breakfast: The best and most diverse accommodation. Very healthy choices.

Front Desk: Be very clear with staff when requesting special accommodations such as extending a stay.

I was told by one front staff that i may stay in my current room. Based on this expectation, I made plans the next day. During my excursion, I received a call from another front office staff that I needed to check out. Still unpacked, I informed them that I will need to organize and pack. They said my new accommodations to my new room was ready and available to check in. After accounting for my belongings, I went back down to the front desk and they informed me my room was not ready. It has been a frustrating experience.

Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Feels a bit “corporate”, and there were a lot of business customers there. However it was still a very comfortable stay, and the hotel is in a good location.
