Sadly, I had a very dismissive experience at two WMF stores in Berlin. I bought a 100 euro frying pan that lasted a total of 2.5 weeks before absolutely everything I cooked started sticking to the bottom. I then found reviews online about the pan where people were having similar experiences with it. I tried to return it because I wanted to pay for an upgraded option in their store. The women I spoke with simply told me "no". WMF products come with warrantees, but good luck trying to get anyone to honor it.

Brought a knife set and of the blades snapped in half after 2 months after just normal use. They refused to exchange it. After spending 300€ on knives I expected them to last longer than 2 months. They do not stand behind their products. Bad quality and bad customer service.
