The location is good, close to metro stations and bus stops, the hotel itself is just OK. The rooms and the beds are very small, there is also a single sized quilt on a double bed which I've never seen before. The breakfast isn't pretty bad, wouldn't bother with it. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which can be a deal breaker for some. Service from staff is OK at best. Probably wouldn't stay here again but on a tight budget, it is a decent option.

Lovely hotel, looks amazingly clean and modern in style. The staff speaks English and is friendly to tourists, their service is great, are very helpful and make the lobby a lovely place to sit. The location of the hotel is also very close to the U-Bahn.

The rooms are clean, noise free, and have everything you would need from a hotel room. The amount of closet space was a bit limited in the classic room, but you could ask for more hangers as a solution. Had a lovely stay with my boyfriend, amazing holiday.

Very good location, nice breakfast and convenient rules. The hotel room was a bit on the small side, notably the bed. But the room provided all the needed comfort overall. It was nice to have the option for late checkout for a reasonable price.

The hotel was okay… it felt like a cheap hotel masquerading as an expensive hotel. The showers were pretty poor, the business room was tiny (granted we booked the cheapest room but we didn’t expect it to be that small), the pillows were abysmally thin, we asked for an extra pillow each and it was only just the thickness of a normal pillow. The business rooms don’t have a kettle which is a given for most hotels in the UK. The pictures were misleading, no bed runner, no additional brown presentation pillows, which is fine, not like they serve a purpose but they do give a room a nice premium feel…

The staff were pleasant, the bar area was nice, but no thrills really. Overall if I was looking for a hotel again this wouldn’t be my first choice.

In a good location u0026 a nice atmosphere with lounges out the front. Bed was comfortable but the rooms were a bit small. If you get a taxi driver who doesn't speak English make sure you get it across about where you want to go as there are 3 hotels in Berlin that are titanic hotels

Great location and nice service. The rooms are small (which is ok) but we had a few problems with the Ac/heating system. It emitted a high pitch noise and didn't work properly, so we had to sleep with the windows open (as a result we woke up freezing). The breakfast is ok at best, weird scrambled eggs, few vegetarian options. It's OK but could be better.

Great location. Very close to a subway stop. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was with the duvet on the bed it was a double bed but it was way too small to cover to adults.
