Very nice rooms, ideal location in the city. The only disadvantage was that at the breakfast, I think they only had 1 person managing the dishes, checking on the cutlery and food. This did not work very well if it was busy at the breakfast room. Also the pillows on the bed were not steady, I would have loved harder pillows but that is a personal thing I guess.

Friendly guest. Very clean and fairly spacious room. Will definately stay here again when next in Berlin. Located in a good area and not expensive

Comfort meets luxury and serenity here. Strategically located in the heart of Berlin. Excellent customer service. Grimm's gives you great value for your money!

Stayed there for my visit to Berlin ! Nice quaint hotel ! Room is good enough for one ! Nice gesture of providing drinking water in a glass bottle! 700 metres to the metro station.

Great location ! The subway is a 4 minute walk and alexanderplatz is 3 stops away. The staff were very friendly and accommodating , looking forward to my next stay ! Thank you.

Very nice hotel for great value of money. Super close to Alexanderplatz and from there you can reach all nice spots in Berlin.
The staff was very friendly and flexible. It is a ???? friendly hotel so if you travel with your doggy, it is a great place to stay mainly because there are parks around it.
The U2 station is 5min walk from the hotel.
The breakfast is lovely and really good price.

Adequate rooms and a clean, easily accessible hotel overall. Polite staff. However, the absolute highlight of our entire stay was the personalized, genuine, and exemplary service provided by Alexander K, the restaurant and bar staff person. As long as he works here, I will never stay anywhere else in Berlin.
