this store proved once again to be one of the best beauty store in the world. I had good experiences visiting the stores which are located in Indonesia and Sweden, but the one in Alexa is the most fascinating. Not only The Body Shop sells good products, the lady who worked there on the day I visited, she was very mindful and friendly. She should get a raise ( I visited this store last night, 4th of July). whoever you are, thank you for making my day. I hope all The Body Shop workers strive to be as nice as she is

Well known store for great quality products for body care, hair care and other hygiene care supplies. Very helpful staff for consultation and advisory. They also speak good English... Would definitely recommend.

I am writing this review just because I had a extremely bad experience from the store manager. I always buy stuff from The body shop and all the salesperson are friend and helpful except for the lady in Alexa.

I had a student discount code which I have used everywhere in the shop of The body shop, however this lady didn’t allow me to use it. Moreover she started arguing like I did something wrong in the shop and shouting. I said it’s fine I don’t need to have discount still she didn’t behave correctly. One of her colleagues then helped me to pay and finish it.

From this experience I will try to avoid this shop as much as possible. And also recommend everyone to just stay away from such people.

If The body shop is reading the review, please take care of your store manager or at least teach them manner to talk to customers.

Ps: Other than this store manager all the saleswomen were too kind and helpful. Even the cashier was feeling bad about the behaviour of her store manager.

I like the products, the shampoos mostly and the prices are friendly too. I always enjoy visiting this store because the stuff is really friendly and they speak English which is super helpful.

I am not a big fan of Body Shop products!
Visited the body shop once in India and now in Berlin, I must say customer is valued here.

I don't use cosmetic products usually so i have been given good advice which was as per my skin type.

I also likes the lady, she is helpful and graceful. She could communicate in English very well.
